Authorised service centers or ASC's, have attained a level of expertise through commitment to training, and an investment in the future that allows them to give you a level of service that is backed up by the manufacturer.

Our workshop is equipped to a high standard with the latest in solder re-work stations, tooling and diagnostic software. Our library consists of tens of thousand of service manuals, some paper based, others stored electronically. Each workbench has computer access to these and direct access to manufacturers on-line databases for the latest information on known issues.

Our engineers are all fully qualified with many years experience. All have completed several years of training achieving awards of City and Guilds, Higher National Certification and Diplomas in Electronics and Communications. Through on-going training with manufacturers our engineers continue to keep up to date with new repair techniques.
We offer both a collect-repair-and return service, and in some cases we are able to repair the appliance at your home. If you are able to bring the appliance to us for repair you will benefit from a reduced repair bill! We ask for a small estimate charge in both cases which is deductable from the completed repair.
